[00:00:00] Speaker A: The topics, because my daughter. You got my other phone, so I can't see what I wrote down. I know some of them off top, but I don't. If you're able to do that, let's start off with that MVP race. A two man. [00:00:18] Speaker B: I'm gonna throw three in there, but go ahead. [00:00:20] Speaker A: All right, so you know how we do. You know how we do. It's. Let's be clear, your man DJ Motormane and my dog Pizzle. And this is the podcast. Yes, indeed. This is the podcast where we control the narrative from music to sports. What? G, G, I said not yet. Not yet. For music to sports, entertainment and anything else you can think about. That's where we started off. And this is where we begin. First of all, the MVP race in the NFL is a topic of discussion for many reasons. After last night's game, it's no secret that leading that MVP race has become a two man race. Now, my brother here, Pizzle, believes that it's another man that belongs in this race. [00:01:30] Speaker B: But who is this mystery man, we ask? [00:01:33] Speaker A: Yeah, who is the mystery man? There's some dark horses in this MVP race. [00:01:40] Speaker B: First of all, don't ever talk to me about dark and horses, okay? I don't know where your kind. I don't know where your mind was going, but. [00:01:48] Speaker A: But you know the phrase dark horse, man. [00:01:51] Speaker B: I know, man. I'm just trying to get a little chuckle out here, man. But come on, man. Hey, come. Come on. Come on down. Come on down the Bryce Road, baby. PG County. Well, yeah, we called the Washington Commanders, but we play in PG County. You know what it is? Come on, man. JD5, baby. After we beat Pittsburgh. Well, I'll talk about a little bit later. Go ahead, let's talk about this. [00:02:18] Speaker A: All right. [00:02:18] Speaker B: So. [00:02:19] Speaker A: So leading this MVP race right now is none other than no Burrow. Joe Burrow, who has 24 touchdowns, four interceptions, leads the league in passing yardage, has what is passing rating? 103 or 100? 103, I think, anyhow. And then second in the MVP. Yeah, 108. And then second in the MVP race is 3.3vp what they call him because they think he's going to get this third straight mvp. Lamar Jackson, who is right behind Joe Burrow and passing yardage, tied with passing touchdowns at 24, which is league leading and has less interceptions with only two. And his passing rating is like 124 or something like that. I think 0.1 or something like that. So these two guys are killing the league right now. And Joe Burrows on a not so high trajectory where Lamar Jackson is on an upward trajectory. Now, we know that winning teams usually hold that mvp, and it's very coveted. But Pizzle, you have a third man who you believe should be in the thick of this MVP race. And you said it's JD Thrive. Why. Why do you believe so? [00:03:53] Speaker B: I mean. I mean, not only is he going to be rookie the year, but let's talk about what the man has done with a program. We got two losses. Yeah, his stats ain't up there like that. He got nine touchdowns, two INTs, but in a lot of games, he wasn't. He hasn't been forced to throw the ball as much because we've been winning. Our running game has been doing well, but without him being there, I don't even know what our record would be right now. Yeah, Mario to stepped in for a little bit of a game and played well, but without Jaden Daniels, the. The. The seats don't even feel the same. It's a whole different atmosphere out there in PG county right now because of one man, and that's JD Fast. So the Pittsburgh Steelers gonna find out Sunday. Y'all coming down pretty hot. Y'all gonna have some people in the stands. Y'all gonna find out what it's like to get the people's elbow. Okay? When we. When we go play action, we go up top, we're gonna go down the middle, we're gonna run the ball on y'all. Your high. Smith gonna look okay. Watt going, you know, he still. He worried about his. His child being born during the super bowl or whatever. We ain't worried about neither. So. Yeah, I mean, we. [00:05:09] Speaker A: We gonna. [00:05:10] Speaker B: We gonna make sure y'all feel what it is to come down to the new. What is it? The Northeast Stadium. We can't say FedEx field no more, so this is gonna be your first time. We're gonna welcome y'all with no open arms, and we're gonna whoop that ass. So we're gonna show you why JD5 is a MVP finalist. Now, right now, I would say Lamar Jackson got that. I ain't, you know, all jokes aside, not even joking about JD5 because he really has made a big impact on the team, and that's defense and offense, because he. He's given. He's given not only the fans a vibe, he's given the defensive vibe. He's given old lineman. Old lineman said it's. It's some old lineman that's been with the. With the team for a couple years. And they. They said, man, I've never been a part of anything like this. It's a whole different atmosphere. Everybody coming to work, smiling and just feeling a whole different way. But Lamar Jackson, man, he's. He's balling out of control. [00:06:06] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:06:06] Speaker B: Joe Burrow. Burrow. Burrow is having a nice season, even with Higgins being out for a little bit. He's showing you that he can get some things done. But the thing is, man, was he 1 and 9 against. Against Lamar? I think he, like, 1 and 9 against Lamar, and that's not good. Yeah. So, hey, you know what I mean? [00:06:29] Speaker A: You're kind of like, lamar is against us. [00:06:32] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, y'all. Sometimes people got your number. It's just weird that way. So, I mean, to me, for real. For real, Lamar right now is. [00:06:42] Speaker A: Is. Is. [00:06:42] Speaker B: Unless something really happened to him. I just. And I hope they don't do that Jordan joint back in the day, or Jordan could win it every year. So they give it to Carl Malone, like, nah, nah, man. The dude deserve it. Give it to him. [00:06:57] Speaker A: So it. [00:06:59] Speaker B: It's gonna be kind of like. And I ain't switching topics, but old boy with the Nuggets, hey, it's hard not to say right now he ain't gonna win MVP for the third year. Too true, but true. Oh, no, man. So I just. No, well, I got that right now. They. They. When the Ravens are clicking, man, they a scary machine, man. It's. It's. It's just sometimes you don't know what Ravens team you gonna get. That. [00:07:24] Speaker A: That is true. Well, I. I like to. I like to first state that I agree. Lamar Jackson is running away with it, and that's figurative. Figuratively. I mean, what the man did last night, what he's done against the. The Bengals. Just the Bengals. Not just the Bengals, but this season, he's looked far and away like an mvp. You know, I. I know Burrows on a. On a team that. That's not really looking like much of anything this season, but, you know, in AFC North, a lot of things are possible that people don't think are possible. You know, they have a schedule where they could possibly continue to go upward. And. I'm on the phone. Just give me a minute. Why you keep talking to me while I'm trying to talk? So I'm gonna say that it's Lamar Jackson, but I just want to make a fair case for two others who I believe are in this MVP race, and one is another quarterback by the name of Baker Bayfield. Baker Mayfield just left the Cleveland Browns, what, two seasons ago. And this is a, that's an organization that, you know, was just thirsty for a quarterback that could lead them to the playoffs and, you know, make them a relevant program again. Franchise again. And I'll say this, they continue to stink and they continue to make the wrong choice. Because look at Baker Mayfield, even without. And I'll say that, you know, most of his stats have come from when those guys were playing. But even without Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Baker made right there behind Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson. Yeah, he's got nine interceptions, but the man has 23 touchdowns. He has 23 touchdowns. He's throwing that ball. And let me also remind you that this Bucks team was a playoff team last year. So I see them repeating their chance at the playoffs. I don't think that they're going to, you know, make much noise in the playoffs because they do have injuries. But as long as Baker Mayfield can continue to play at the level that he's playing, I think they'll be fine. And then my last case for MVP candidate is Derek Henry. Because what would the MVP race be without a horse? You know what I'm saying? A stallion. This guy is running away with the running title. I mean, he's already over a thousand yards. He has 12 touchdowns. He has, I think 12 yard, I mean 1220 yard rushes or more. I think he has four 40 yard rushes as long as his 87 yards. I mean, the guy is just on a team where you thought it would be all about defense. He has became the defense's biggest help because he's downhill, man. He's rushing, he's getting those big chunks of yards on big plays. And he's keeping that defense for the Ravens off the field long enough to at least not lose them a lot of games because they're only six and two right now. So, you know, I see those two guys being in this MVP race as well, but you know, I gotta concede for Lamar Jackson right now. And just to touch on your guy, JD5, I do believe he's in a conversation in the MVP, but I don't believe he will win it just because of the stats. But, you know, things could change. They stay hot like they've been. I don't think they'll be that hot this weekend, but they stay high like they've been. And we could be talking about JD5 as the NFL MVP this season. [00:11:51] Speaker B: No, I definitely hear you. I, I get what you're saying about the Baker man. His stats is cool and all that. All that is cute. But the problem is Baker is Baker. At the end of the day, he's trying to force throws. The last couple weeks, he's actually cost his team the game as much as he's kept a minute. So that's the problem with Baker is which Baker you gonna get. Because once those two went down, he's really trying to force things. And, you know, he's making this tight end. His tight end gets him. He about to get some cheese because of Baker. So he. I mean, obviously, dude should level him up. Derek Henry definitely is on a. Is definitely on a tear this year. He. He's doing a lot of things. I know, I know. Jerry. Wish you to get him now. He keep talking all that. We ain't had no money to sign him. That's bullshit. But. But Derrick Henry definitely. If he was on another team, he probably get much more consideration. But because the fact that Lamar is doing what Lamar's doing, he probably won't get as much as much consideration because of his quarterback. And the fact that at the end of the day, the NFL always wants a quarterback to win that. To win that. Except for maybe like, what was that? CJ2K? It was just. It was undoubtable. You could. You had to get that to that. That year. I mean, that dude was stupid. But not to say, not the. Not the. On Derrick Henry, he's having a great year. We all see what's going on. He definitely helps that defense out. We're keeping him off the field because against games like us, like, we stopped them in the first half, but you could just pause. You could just feel like later on he was just going to pound us and now and. And pound us. He did. That's super pause, by the way. [00:13:44] Speaker A: But, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you gotta pause that. [00:13:47] Speaker B: But yeah, but yeah, Derrick Henry definitely is. For me, Daniels, we. We just. We get put in situations to where he doesn't have to throw that much. And it's kind of weird. Like, it's. It's like a weird situation. Like, he'll have a good first half and then it's like, yo, we. Our schedule's been a little weak, too. I give them that. And so it's like, yo, by the time we look up, like, against Carolina, we up 40 to 7, so, you know, they not throwing and all that like that. And it's just. I don't know, man. But I definitely. I definitely love what Daniels is doing. I think he. If he continues to do what he got to do, he'll definitely be in a Race. I'm not sure. Like, like we both say right now, unless something really happens with Lamar, he probably gonna get that Joe Burrow. He's cute. I guess. I don't know. I just. If, if Cincinnati. Yeah. They. Their schedule is a little tough. [00:14:47] Speaker A: It is. [00:14:48] Speaker B: I don't, I don't. I don't see them. I don't know. And then we gotta see, like. And I know this right now is supposed to be, like, individualized, but with Higgins being out and some other people being out in Chelsea, I just don't. I don't know if they. I don't know if they got enough to get it done. [00:15:07] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, look, we're going to talk. We're going to talk a little bit later about if, if that team can make playoffs or if they're done. Yeah, but, but, but I think even. I think their schedule actually helps Joe Burrows MVP case because if he continues to play this way like a man on fire with his hair on fire, I don't see why he couldn't end up being the winner of the MVP race. Because, I mean, he's had what, three, five touchdown games and what, the last five games he's played. And then, you know, with him having to play this way with Jamar Chase coming on every game, he's getting better. And might I add, you know, if, if, if he was even available to be in the MVP race because, you know, they don't give a. About anybody but quarterbacks. He's had almost 500 yards receiving just against the Baltimore Ravens this season, which is uncanny. But with him, and with Joe Burrow and, and Jamar Chase coming, coming on, hot as they are right now, I don't see why these two guys won't continue to streak towards the end of the season because they are going to try to make that push to win the playoffs. Make the playoffs. Now, their probability to make the playoffs is very slim, but that, I feel like, plays into the favor of Joe Burrow because he's gonna play lights out if he can. [00:16:53] Speaker B: No, I definitely hear that. I, I just, I don't see. I don't. I just don't see MVP being on the losing team. [00:17:04] Speaker A: No, and I don't either. So that's why, you know, they would have to, they would have to win these games, obviously. But, but if, if he can continue to throw three touchdowns, five touchdowns, four touchdowns a game, and, you know, you don't have your T. Higgins in the game. You know, he's, he's throwing it because, like, even before last Night, he's throwing touchdowns. The guys we don't even know, like, okay, maybe we know the running back Zach Brown, he's gotten a touchdown or two in the air, but the young guys that he's, that he's getting involved, I mean, kudos to Joe Burrow. But you know, he's, he's also in the North Division. So I was really, and this is off the cuff, this is off the record of mvp. I was really hoping that the Ravens lost last night and I was hoping that Joe Burrow played lights out and maybe, you know, their defense played a little better and they would have won that game because that would have gave the Steelers a two or at least one and a half game lead in the NS AFC North Division race. But, you know, I can't get everything I want. So Lamar Jackson, you know, he's got that MVP locked up, locked up right now. [00:18:28] Speaker B: He definitely does. He definitely does. All right, let's see. Let's see where we want to go from here. You say the Najee Harris extension blunder. [00:18:43] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. So that's in our two minute drill. You want to jump into two minute drill? Let's do it. [00:18:48] Speaker B: Yeah, let's go ahead and jump into that. [00:18:49] Speaker A: All right. So two minute drill. The way we do the two minute drill is this is how we do it. We take these next couple minutes to tell you what we think in a short stint of what's going on by this topic. So our first topic is Pittsburgh Steelers Najee Harris. Is that an extension blunder by not picking up and extending Najee Harris, or do you think the Steelers are good with making that decision? [00:19:24] Speaker B: I feel like if, if they didn't extend them, I feel like it's something that they know that we might not know. No. Normally Tomlin is very on top of the decisions. He wants to make clear on why and make that clear and make them clear. So it's, it's obviously something that they didn't jump on that and make that happen. So I would lean in. Tomlin decision. Okay. [00:19:50] Speaker A: I'm gonna say Najee Harris not being resigned or extended right now is not a blunder on the Steelers. I want to say that it was putting pressure on the man to give us some real results. Now, not saying that his first three seasons weren't good, especially in this era of running backs, but I do believe if the Steelers making a historic run this season, I think there is a bigger chance that Najee could come back versus if not, if we don't do well this season and we Fall short of our goal. I don't see Najee Harris coming back. Love them, but we might have to leave him. [00:20:35] Speaker B: I understand. That makes sense. So next up, we had on the topic, Nike ups Kobe sneakers. Retail price, good or bad? [00:20:44] Speaker A: Man, retail prices for sneakers has, has gone up over the years. I remember shit when we were guys that, you know, were in the sneaker community. Jordans, you know, were what, like a buck something. And now you know, you got, you got sneakers going for like 200 a pop. So in this case, I don't see it as being bad. I think it's actually better because with all the hype beast reselling sneakers, why don't you go ahead and get your money, Nike and maybe make a couple extra pairs so people could actually buy the damn sneakers and not have to go to a hype beast or reseller who's going to sell me the same Damn shoes for 7 to $800. [00:21:35] Speaker B: Nike knows exactly what they're doing. They're definitely not going to sell more shoes or make more shoes because at the end of the day they, they say that, they say that they're not part of the third party selling. But best believe there's tons of people on that Nike with Nike that are selling those shoes. And Nike somehow makes money off of that. Best believe that. So the fact that they're upping it, it could deter some people. But at this point, the people that buy those and resell those and on third market and all that, then people got money. They ain't worried about that extra little 75 or whatever. They ain't tripping off of that, bro. Like these mugs done made so much money. They meet stars at all star games and make stupid money off shoe. $24,000 off some shoes that they paid 300 for. Like they ain't tripping off that, bro. So it's just, it's just another ploy and Nike gonna make their money. And I can't, hey, I can't be mad at them. They found a way to corner a market pretty much. Even though Adidas kind of made like a little, a little comeback a little bit. But Nike cornered the market, man. [00:22:50] Speaker A: Yeah, they do. They gonna corner it. [00:22:53] Speaker B: All right. So it really don't make a difference. All that gonna be the same. My been the same since we were working in a shoe department. [00:23:03] Speaker A: Exactly, exactly. [00:23:04] Speaker B: Say the name of that store. Them. Yeah. [00:23:07] Speaker A: No, they ain't giving us no bread. So let's just keep it discreet on that one. Hey, if a sponsor. So I drop, they drop their Ass all day. [00:23:19] Speaker B: I think they only online now or some. I don't know. [00:23:23] Speaker A: Yeah, they ain't got it. They ain't got it. [00:23:27] Speaker B: Ah, Saquon. Play of the year. Backwards hurdle. [00:23:32] Speaker A: Oh, all right, man. So if anybody didn't see this, I know you saw it. If anybody didn't see this, it was one of the crazier things that I've ever seen a football player do that I. That I actually can't call stupid because, you know, he comes off of a crazy spin move, and then right after the spin move, the man hurdles a guy backwards. Now it's all in game speed as well. So there's like three defenders that's approaching him, and he hurdles the guy backwards. The guy misses, and then, you know, he gets popped. But, you know, what I saw was, was. Was. Was. Was completely masterful. And is it play of the year? I'm gonna say right now, yes. But. But, you know, I could also make the case that what Lamar Jackson did last night, I'm on that one play towards the sideline where he runs for like 20 yards backwards and then slides up the sideline and gets the first down or the touchdown. I could be one too. He shoot. Lamar Jackson himself probably got at least like three of them playing a year candidates. [00:24:58] Speaker B: It looked like he having a good time out there in Philly. So play of the year. I wouldn't say so, though. We know what the player is so far. The player the year is definitely the Hail Mary to Noah Brown. [00:25:15] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. How can we forget that? [00:25:17] Speaker B: Yeah. Oh, I didn't. Oh, I didn't. I didn't. [00:25:26] Speaker A: What would we do if we. If we. If we forgot that? That's crazy. [00:25:30] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:25:31] Speaker A: Yeah. That was. That. That Hail Mary play was. Was. Was one. One for the ages. One for the books, for sure. [00:25:38] Speaker B: Yes, indeed. Yes, indeed. So let's see where we want to go from here. Oh, Kirk. Her street mourns the loss of his dog. [00:25:50] Speaker A: Would you like to add any of these additional services? Yeah, man. It's a sad thing. You know, losing a. Losing a dog is. Is losing a family member. So I definitely feel like, you know, I want to send condolences to Kirk, Herb street, you know, that that dog has been everywhere with him and everything. So. Yeah, man, that. That's really all I'm gonna say about that. [00:26:19] Speaker B: So you gonna let me be a Villa right now? [00:26:23] Speaker A: Yeah, man. Even if you want to say that dog. [00:26:26] Speaker B: No, I love the doggy. The dog. Even though. Even though the dog has been played up the last almost year since Kirk her street wanted to be the face of ESPN and, and be the one that say Florida State shouldn't have got in the college football playoffs. And then all of a sudden after you got death threats and you kept getting stuff from college football people and you blocked everybody from Florida State, that all of a sudden then you wanted to show your dog on the goddamn airplanes and all this other. You knew the dog was dying. You use your goddamn dog. That's what you did. Now you try to get back on people's good side and all that other stuff. Man, God bless that dog. You Kirk her street, you. Y'all knew we supposed to be in that college football playoffs. God damn it. Kirkhurst Street. God bless that dog, though. May you rest in puppy heaven. That's how I feel about that mo. Kirk her street bastard. My man. I thought my man ordering something. [00:27:29] Speaker A: Yeah, I had, I had hit the button. My bad. [00:27:32] Speaker B: No, that's all good. [00:27:33] Speaker A: I was trying to get this car wash, man. Yeah, man. [00:27:41] Speaker B: Gave a couple. Kirk her streets, that's all. Can't hear you right now. [00:27:44] Speaker A: I'm back. I'm back. You hear me now? [00:27:46] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:27:47] Speaker A: I ain't had much on Kirk. I love, I love the animals. I love the puppies and I'm. I'm sad that he lost that dog. It seems like the dog has done a lot for him. But you know, on Kirkhur Street, I don't really have too many comments. I. I lean with you on that. [00:28:08] Speaker B: Not. Well, I don't know. I don't know how much you heard of it, but I gave my feelings. [00:28:12] Speaker A: Oh, no, I heard it all. [00:28:19] Speaker B: So that'll be everything that I had for the two minute drill. Let's see, let's. Let's get to it while we still on the NFL, while we're doing this. [00:28:33] Speaker A: Okay. [00:28:34] Speaker B: Was it the right decision to go for the two? [00:28:38] Speaker A: Yeah, I think so. And I'll say that it was because they wanted to win. Now, I don't think, you know, just because they didn't convert doesn't mean it was the wrong decision. I think maybe it was the wrong decision not to go to Jamar Chase, but as far as them not making the wrong decision to go for two, I don't believe so. I believe, you know, in that, in that space they needed to go for the win because both defenses have been abysmal and, you know, you didn't want to put the ball back in Lamar Jackson's hands and I think that's what the move to make that two point conversion. Sorry about that, that move to make the two point conversion was adequate. [00:29:36] Speaker B: Gotcha. It's just funny how people complain about it one moment and then. So NFL fans are very fickle in the sense of. Of course, when they didn't go forward against Kansas City, then it was, oh, I don't understand why you didn't go for two. That's stupid. Duh, duh, duh, duh, duh. And then this morning it's, can you believe he went for two? I would have played it to go to overtime. And this, that, and the third. So like NFL fans, you know, it's easy because we sit here on the couch or we go to work the next morning, or, you know, we go on and live our life. But at the end of the day, that two point conversion, the, the numbers can tell you certain things, but at the end of the day, you go off a feeling and typically in a, in a arena or on a field or whatever sport it is that you're, that you're playing, you can get a pretty good vibe on. Hey, if I go for this too, we, we pretty hot right now. Let's go for this too and try and get this win. It's more of like a feeling and then some coaches, you may even gather your players around and ask your players, hey, what y'all think? Show of hands or show a sound, let's go for two. Or y'all want to tie it up and think we can, you know, knock their heads and pause and go to overtime and get this W. So it's really like an up and down. I like the decision to go for two yesterday. I felt like they felt like they had the hot hand, especially given after giving up at 217 lead. Only thing I didn't like about it was so underneath the tight end. I believe it was 87. I'm not sure exactly what their, what they choice routes was because it looked like he had a choice route. I thought he should because he, he kind of, he kind of shook him towards the top of his route. So when he shook him towards the top, it was a nut. It was like a safety on the, on that, on the far right side. I thought, I thought he should have went. And once he, once he got to that top level, I thought he should have ran almost like a slant. What he did do was more around what we call a smash route. So he did, he. He went to the top and then came back to the outside towards his left. But what happened was that safety was more towards that side over there. I don't know if he seen that guy or if he just seen the one that was on his hip. Either way, I thought he should have went to that slant route, especially I think cuz about 6, 5, 6, 6. If he went to that slant route, he has an easy con on that. On that inside, he went more towards the smash route and bought that other, bought the other safety to him. So it was almost like a two on one pause like Mr. Marcus did. Honey, for those that don't know, you don't know. It's all good though. [00:32:31] Speaker A: If you don't know, you don't know. [00:32:36] Speaker B: But yeah, man, so. So yeah, I just, it really just come down to, you know, how you feel at that moment, you know, So I. [00:32:45] Speaker A: Right, I agree. I haven't been a. I haven't been a play caller for very long and I'm still not. But I did have the fortunate duty of being a play caller for my son's black football team. And I agree. It's a feeling, man, if you. And I see it around the league as well, guys that are criticized weekend and week out on their play calls and you know, on their. What they're going with and personnel, I believe it's all feeling, not a personnel thing. It's more of practicing and what their, their playbooks look like. But when you go with a two point conversion, it's more of a feeling. Some guys may have statistics or analytics or whatever they might go by, right. But you, like you said, you might want to rally the troops and say, hey, what y'all feeling? Y'all want to go for this too and get this done or should we try to play for, for the ot? And I do think that, you know, in a game like that, the hot hand was on the offense for both teams. So I'm gonna go with what's hot. Where we hot at? Let's go ahead. Keep the ball in Joe Burrow's hands. Let's try to get win this game and get this over with and go. [00:34:13] Speaker B: Home with the W. That's what my mind would have said. I don't care what nobody said, my man would have said. Let's go get a goddamn snack. That's my man, Rex Ryan, baby. Man, I miss that dude, man. That dude, man. But yeah, he, he won. He won every. He would have gathered the troops and say what y'all want to do? You know what I'm saying? I'm a ride with y'all. We gonna ride together. If the immediate come for me, they come from me. Paul, I don't give a. That's what I loved about Rex Ryan. People talk, all that. The jets ain't been the same since that man been gone. [00:34:44] Speaker A: Nope. Now they got Aaron Rogers running at the Hell ring. What we got next on that? Are we still on. We're still on the Ravens game. [00:34:56] Speaker B: No, no, no, no, no. We're gonna move on from that. We. We gonna stick with the NFL for right now. Let's go ahead, get that out the way. Come on, now. You know what it is. Big game Sunday, 1:00, Northeast Stadium. It's really southeast. For those that don't know, it is southeast. Southeast. But y'all don't know that. You know, this is probably a lot of 412 people listening to this right here. Y'all don't know about that Go, Go music, but. [00:35:28] Speaker A: Yeah, And. And. And by the way, my brother, we will show up. [00:35:33] Speaker B: We will. Oh, no, I. Listen, burgundy towels ain't gonna be enough. [00:35:39] Speaker A: When we show up. [00:35:40] Speaker B: I mean, listen, it's all gonna be cute and all that jazz, you know? It's gonna be cute. It's gonna be nice. [00:35:47] Speaker A: Burgundy towels, man. Come on. You can't duplicate the terrible towels. [00:35:53] Speaker B: Well, I mean, you write about that. Y'all got. I mean, if that's your claim to fame as a towel, that's cool. That's fine. You know? So, I mean, we'll see. We'll see what it is. Sunday, 1:00 at Northeast Stadium. It's definitely going to be some Steelers fans in the house. You know, we know that. We ain't stupid. We ain't stupid. We know it's gonna. It's gonna be some Steelers fans in there. It's not gonna be like it used to be, but Yada took up. Yada took up 70% of that stadium and ain't gonna be like that no more. So. [00:36:29] Speaker A: Yeah, I don't know. [00:36:31] Speaker B: I think it's gonna be. [00:36:32] Speaker A: It might be. It might be about 60, 40, 50, 50 if we can get that. But I don't think they gonna let us get that many tickets. [00:36:39] Speaker B: Y'all might be 30% in there. [00:36:41] Speaker A: 40? [00:36:42] Speaker B: Yeah, I'll be 30 in there. Hey, we. [00:36:46] Speaker A: We got some. We got some Steelers fans that live down there, too. [00:36:49] Speaker B: A whole lot of them. [00:36:51] Speaker A: Don't. Don't get it twisted. Twisted. We gonna show up. [00:36:54] Speaker B: Y'all the best traveling team in the NFL. Y'all gonna be there. I mean, hey, listen, it's still a. It's still a fan, bars out here. That's cool. Yeah, man, it's it's also Cleveland Bound Fest bars out here. [00:37:15] Speaker A: That's terrible. Yeah. [00:37:17] Speaker B: I mean, it is what it is. It's dc, It's. It's the dmv. We, you know, as well diverse as well travel this down the third, but, you know, with JD5 Day and now it's a little different. We feel in some type of way, we feel a little swag. We feel a little swag. Gosh, it's gonna be a great game. I believe I. I'm gonna see what our left tackle, young boy been. Been playing pretty well. Obviously he gonna. He gonna have his hands full this weekend. High Smith is really starting to feel itself right now too. So it's. It's almost. Do we double TJ or do we play in both? Man up. Do we chip block somebody? We gotta figure out and get a good feel on how we do that with y'all D line. I think if. I think we. If we can block y'all pretty well up front, we'll get y'all some go. If we can't block y'all up front, it's gonna be a long night. It's gonna be a long night for JD5. He gonna be running like crazy. But what's interesting is do you guys coming back? [00:38:28] Speaker A: We coming back because I had a phone call. Here we go. We back live. [00:38:33] Speaker B: Okay. It's gonna be interesting to see because I want to see how your D line plays JD5. Are y'all gonna go outside in or y'all gonna try to rush to the inside, have your lot have like your middle linebacker spying? I want to see exactly how y'all do that. You bring a safety down. It's gonna be interesting to see. See if one of y'all have like a rover. Like a rover safety, bring him down into the box. It's gonna be interesting to see how y'all play him. So I just. It's gonna be. And then, like I said, I don't know if you heard me, but the left tackle been playing pretty well, young man. [00:39:13] Speaker A: But. [00:39:14] Speaker B: But to play against, you know, Smith, I mean, Wat and Highsmith is going to be a good battle. So I want to see how y'all play it. I think at the end of the day, I mean, if you're being honest, I don't know if we've played a defense as good as yours yet. The closest thing at the time was probably the Bears, but they. They play more of a Ben don't break type of defense. Y'all are more like a just good overall defense. So it's going to be interesting. I actually, if I had to put some money on, I probably. I probably go Pittsburgh. But we. Me and you talking on here. So I'm gonna just say. I'm gonna say the scans, but we won't win. We gonna win it by three. We gonna win it. [00:39:59] Speaker A: Go back in the. Go back in the front. Go ahead. You said by three? [00:40:05] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. We gonna send y'all up the road. I don't know if y'all. I don't think. I don't think y'all fly down here. Y'all probably take the bus or something, huh? [00:40:18] Speaker A: I believe we may fly. You know, that's a. That's a quick little flight. [00:40:22] Speaker B: 35 minutes. [00:40:23] Speaker A: Yeah, not even a whole hour, but about 30 minutes. Cheap. Leave it alone. Go back in the front. Boo. Don't worry about it. Just go back in the front. She's this guy. Already got her sights on the Christmas presents. [00:40:40] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:40:40] Speaker A: My wife did a terrible job of trying to get me that. She did a great job. [00:40:44] Speaker B: She did a great job. [00:40:46] Speaker A: She didn't hide it. She ain't had it. I know I'm being the fall guy, but. Yeah, back on back. Back to the. The game, I believe. You know, with that defense, with our guys, White and Highsmith playing the way they've been playing, I do. I am looking forward to seeing our defense against you guys offense. And a guy that you failed to mention that I think is going to play a major part in this whole thing is Cam Hayward. He's been playing lice out since getting his money. That looks to be well deserved because even despite his age, Cam Hayward has been lock and step with that defense man. Probably the best defensive player overall at his position. Now, I can't say the best defensive player on the team because that's, that's T.J. watt. And you know how he does. And you know what I think? [00:41:59] Speaker B: Well, you said, sir, you said overall. Sorry. [00:42:06] Speaker A: You know what we also have to keep in mind too, is that, you know, this team is pretty darn good against rookie quarterbacks. We don't seem to let rookie quarterbacks beat us. And you know, JD5, while he is in the MVP conversation, as we said, he's still a rookie and he still ain't seen a defense like this yet and he ain't seen the Pittsburgh Steelers. So I think that that's going to play very well in our favor. You know, Minka Fitzpatrick has been non existent, as fans would love to say right now. But I think this is a game where he can really show the value of him and having a guy like Deshaun Elliott back there with him. And then, oh, might I remind y'all that we got healthy and we got a couple guys added to this roster. So now we have a guy who can help with some snaps off the edge. And Preston from the Green Bay packers who knows how to rush that quarterback. And we get Cam Sutton back who, you know, after, excuse my French, beating a bitch has came back to the league. He served his time off. I don't agree with what he did off the field, but on the field, this guy can help us be the on the field. So I see that the big talk is going to be commander's offense versus Steelers defense. But I'm very excited to see what Russ and this offense looks like against the commanders deep because you know, you guys haven't really been tested that that well when it comes to a balanced offense. You know, you guys have played some pretty sorry teams in my opinion. Overall, I think the overall for the teams that y'all face is like 14 and 17. The only team that y'all played that was technically good when it comes to the record as the Arizona Cardinals. So this would be a good, very good test. [00:44:26] Speaker B: We spanky dumb. [00:44:28] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And look, I'm not taking anything away from that win and y'all beating them, but it's going to be a real good test of grit and determination this weekend. And I believe that the Steelers will come out on top. First of all, I like the caveat by three. [00:44:48] Speaker B: Actually, can we get back to some of these players you done named that you talk about? You talked about some named Elliot's pizza? I ain't had Elliot's pizza since, since elementary school. [00:45:00] Speaker A: Sean Elliott, brother. [00:45:02] Speaker B: Exactly. Mike Jones. He's a non motherfucking factor as shorty as Shorty would say. I ain't worried about that. Let's. [00:45:13] Speaker A: You will be when JD5 go to him. [00:45:15] Speaker B: No, no, we ain't worried about him. Then you talking about a. A long in the tooth named Preston Smith? Yeah, he know exactly, he know exactly what he coming into. He used to put his arm down in that stadium. He can kick rocks too. Take his ass back. Y'all had. [00:45:34] Speaker A: Y'all had your boy before. [00:45:37] Speaker B: Correct? Exactly. And well, he got a whopping two and a half sacks on the season. [00:45:43] Speaker A: Whoa. He's Rick Flair zero. [00:45:46] Speaker B: Two and a half. [00:45:48] Speaker A: Okay. [00:45:49] Speaker B: He got two. [00:45:50] Speaker A: I take two. [00:45:51] Speaker B: And two of them came in one game against the Tennessee lonely ass Titans. I might can get a sack and a Half on them. [00:46:00] Speaker A: I take that because. Because it's all about depth. When it comes to him at that position, it's all about depth. We got. We got. We got a dog in TJ Watt. We got a dog in Alex High Smith. So those guys are going to show out. We got a dog in Nick Herbig. Nick Herbig. Learn the name. You know what I'm saying? We got some dogs on that team, on that side of the field, make. [00:46:27] Speaker B: A half a play a week. Now they supposed to get shout outs. [00:46:30] Speaker A: Oh, no. Nick Herbig. If you don't know what Nick Herbert can do, then you ain't been watching the Steelers. I see y'all got some surgeons down there in Washington, so I understand why these guys may not come up on your radar, but you will have a close up view of them this Sunday. And best believe when it happens. [00:46:52] Speaker B: Only Nick I know is. [00:46:53] Speaker A: Chub. Chub. [00:46:55] Speaker B: Yeah, Nick Chubb. All right? That's what I'm saying. Only Nick I know is Nick at night. [00:46:59] Speaker A: And Nick Chubbs, he played for the Browns and that. Can't even rush for 100 yards right now. [00:47:06] Speaker B: Okay, and your guy is Mike Jones. No, man, listen. And then you talk about your offense. We gonna get Little. Hey, hey. We gonna get Little Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. We, we. We gonna set his ass up. He think he gonna run around. He think he gonna run around all goddamn day. We gonna have a little trick for his little ass. You ain't about to run all over the outside of this. We got something for you. Little. You little bastard. We gonna say hello from the. [00:47:39] Speaker A: But we don't need him to run. We just need him to throw that ball like he been doing. You said you seen a moon ball. You ever seen a moon ball? Were you about to see it up close and personal at Northeast Field this Sunday? Because my man is going to be dropping some of them moon balls to our new target, Mike Williams. To our Hefty. Is he Pat Friar? Move. He might be in there a player, too. I don't think he's gonna. We won't see him all that much. You might see one package of them and. [00:48:10] Speaker B: Come on, Michael, what is going on with you? [00:48:12] Speaker A: No, no. [00:48:12] Speaker B: No homo. [00:48:13] Speaker A: You might get no homo. You might see some. You might see a package with Mike Williams in there. But. But, yeah, I think what you will see is some moon balls going Pickens way, obviously. And then you definitely gonna see him getting that ball out. [00:48:31] Speaker B: Juice got him. Ain't nobody worried about no pickings, man. [00:48:36] Speaker A: Ain't nobody put him on lock yet. [00:48:38] Speaker B: Brother, so don't worry about no picking. [00:48:40] Speaker A: Whoever you just said. You talking about Tariq St. Patrick, because that's the only Patrick St. I know, and it ain't no. Hey, we gonna do it for little saying on y'all defense because y'all got a bunch of guys who I would call misfits. You know, y'all. Y'all still. And I'm gonna give him props for. I'm gonna give him props for handling the teams that they've handled, but it's still. Y'all still ain't got a guy who's better than the. The y'all gave up was Montez Sweat. So, you know, until somebody surpassed his. His sack stats, I ain't worried about nobody on that defense, honestly. Not even. Not even. Not even Marshawn Lattimore with his watch dance? [00:49:33] Speaker B: Oh, no. [00:49:34] Speaker A: He. [00:49:34] Speaker B: He's not even playing this week, so we're not. I mean, we. We didn't sign him for y'all. We got about. We got a buy next week. Why would we have him come in and do that? Did you just say Monte Sweat? I was hoping that y'all was just. [00:49:53] Speaker A: Pulling up because y'all knew it was. [00:49:55] Speaker B: About to be a dog fight. Did you just say Monte Sweat? Huh? [00:50:01] Speaker A: What'd you say? Sweat? Yeah, yeah, yeah, Sweat. [00:50:03] Speaker B: You said Monte Sweat. Not the. That got three and a half sacks on the whole season. [00:50:08] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, no, he ain't playing great this year. I'm talking about last year. [00:50:12] Speaker B: We. We got a part timer that was supposed to be a part timer. Got six sacks already. Dante Fowler. Imma learn about my boy very soon. [00:50:20] Speaker A: I guess, because again, I. I heard much from that defensive side, when it comes to Washington, it's all about that. Oh, it's all about that. [00:50:34] Speaker B: Oh, man. I mean, it sounds. It sounds good. We. We 15th in the league in defense, man. That's not too shabby. [00:50:44] Speaker A: That's not too shabby at all. [00:50:48] Speaker B: I mean, hey, listen, we. We definitely know we gotta get better on defense. And, yeah, we got. We got some dudes that we just put in there, and we just. We move around and we make it shake. Y'all better. This the one thing y'all better because we're not worried about pickings. I'm not worried about that clown. He. He got to be worried about himself and want to catch the ball that day because, you know, he's a mental. [00:51:14] Speaker A: So y'all would love to have him. [00:51:18] Speaker B: Absolutely not. [00:51:22] Speaker A: Yeah, right. If you had Terry McLaren lined up, you would. You wouldn't take. [00:51:26] Speaker B: I would have to worry. Is he gonna catch the ball? Bro, he catch the ball all the time. [00:51:32] Speaker A: He only had one. [00:51:33] Speaker B: He is a mental. He wanted to be traded. He wanted all this. We ain't got. Hey, listen, this is a whole new locker room over here. We. We move swiftly. We don't need no negativity in this. He seemed like if he not high or taking his medication that week, he's a up. [00:51:54] Speaker A: I don't. [00:51:54] Speaker B: I'm good on pickings, but we good on that. [00:51:57] Speaker A: Well, I. I like to see. What I'd like to see from the commanders is I'd like to see if y'all will take advantage of the opportunity to run the ball in between attackers. Because, you know, that's one of the things that I have noticed about our defense that has become a little problem or worrisome, I should say. And one thing that I preach about every week to my son when I watch these Steeler games is yak. You see, I see a lot of the. Our opponents get yak on our defense. It's, you know, whether it's short yardage where, you know, it's a little out route, flat route, or, you know, a quick in or. Or even maybe a sluggo, guys are getting open and getting yak on this defense, and yet they're ranked top and against the rush to rank top against the pass and total yards. But, you know, there's. There's opportunities where, you know, maybe Highsmith is off the field, Watt is off the field, or maybe these guys are running straight at them and they're not stopping the run, and they're definitely not stopping the pass either. So I think, gee, I think that there could be some opportunities made against our defense in that area, and I love to see if that our guys can take advantage of stopping that this week. [00:53:37] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:53:38] Speaker A: But, you know, there's definitely free game for your Washington commanders to have some success against that defense. [00:53:49] Speaker B: And both. Both teams. Both teams gonna come to come down to the running game, y'all. Y'all should be able to run on us. That's the biggest. That's the biggest worry I have. I'm not worried about. I'm not. I'm not worried about what's. I'm not worried about futures, little stepson. I'm not worried about him. He gonna just try to get out the pocket and as y'all call it a moon ball or whatever the that is, y'all. You're gonna try to throw that to Pickens. That's gonna be on Lockdown. If y'all gonna run the ball maybe down our throat. If the Giants was doing it all last week, I don't know what made them get out of the. Out of the run game. Apparently they listen to Danny Jones, Danny Dimes and want to start throwing the ball. I thank them for that because if not, I don't know if we beat the Giants last week, which the Giants are a little different because they always play as tough for some reason. Doesn't matter who they have, how they are, what their record is would be. Whoops. And also, I know you're dealing with a little situation right now, but you said to me, that's what you told me. Nobody shuts down George Carl or Carl Pickens or whatever this clown's name is. Loose cannon cte, man, whatever this dude's name. George Pickens. Against Denver, he had a whopping two catches for 29 yards. Against Dallas, he had three catches for 26 yards. The Bama has one Teddy. One study the whole season. Are you serious? This the dude? This the dude you were telling me about? That would be so great. And he's so good at this. The bellman is six. What is he, six, five, six, four. At least he likes six. Four, six, three. I've known him since he was in high school. And in high school he was like a five star. I. I ain't gonna hold you on that part. The Obama has one Teddy and 548 yards. Come on, Mo. You. You talking to me like this dude is somebody I'm supposed to be worried about, man. Out of here with that, man. I'm not jacking it. This dude here, he went off against the jets, the Colts. That's about it. The jets and the co. He had a good little game against Atlanta. Are we serious, man? Come on, man. One tutty. Noah Brown got more than one Teddy. Day Army Brown got more than one Teddy, I believe. And Damien Brown don't. He don't play but three plays a game. [00:56:32] Speaker A: No, baby, no. [00:56:34] Speaker B: This motherfucker got me talking about George Carl. George picking. Come on, Mo. Oh. [00:56:39] Speaker A: Oh. [00:56:39] Speaker B: Not the army got one touchdown. I thought he had two, but now it should be a good game, man. You know, we kind of just talking, but it should definitely be a good game. It's going to come down to hopefully. Well, not hopefully. Hopefully we blow y'all the out. But it's probably going to come down to that fourth quarter, and I think whoever. I think whoever runs the ball better is going to win this game right here. [00:57:05] Speaker A: So can you hear Me now. [00:57:07] Speaker B: Yeah, I can hear you. [00:57:08] Speaker A: Okay. I was saying, you and I both know well that stats don't always tell the tale of guys who make impacts in games. Now, don't get me wrong. [00:57:22] Speaker B: One. [00:57:23] Speaker A: One touchdown ain't enough for me to be calling him a superstar. You know, he's not no devonte Adams, but you know, a guy like him who can. Who has a big catch radius, who can make, you know, all of the catches, and then, you know, seeing what he's done with the quarterback that we have right now at the helm who can actually throw the ball downfield, it makes a big. It makes a big difference. So don't get me wrong, his stats don't show how big he's going to show up on the field this Sunday. And I. And I do think that you guys are going to have a lot on your hands when guarding him. Y'all might try to double team him with a safety over top. We'll see how y'all play him. But I really think that if y'all one on one pickings, y'all going to have a long day. Believe that Saint Juice is gonna lock him up. [00:58:20] Speaker B: I'm not worried about picking. [00:58:22] Speaker A: He ain't locking up anything. [00:58:24] Speaker B: He's a good. Hey, your guys are good. You good. Your guy. Your guy is a good number two receiver. [00:58:29] Speaker A: Hey, he number one on our team. That's all. [00:58:31] Speaker B: Well, he gotta be. I mean, other than that. Y'all. Y'all got. Y'all got you running out there. Y'all got Cam running out that Joan on the other side. Who else is out there? Sledge runs out there. Joe, come on, man. [00:58:47] Speaker A: Hey, and don't. [00:58:49] Speaker B: And don't be. [00:58:51] Speaker A: And don't be surprised. Don't be surprised if little TJ Get. Get busy this week and Najee Harris get activated this week either. Because like y'all said, like you said that that defense is susceptible to some runs. We've been running. We've been running about a buck 60 a game. [00:59:11] Speaker B: Now, I fully expect you ought to. [00:59:13] Speaker A: Run the ball down, but that. That just opens up the play action for us. Comes open at. [00:59:18] Speaker B: Again. Your boy had 26 yards against the Broncos. [00:59:22] Speaker A: Man, it would have been more than that if. If my man Roderick Jones wasn't always holding. I mean, the guy's hole in every play. So, you know, what can you do when you got your own offensive lineman who's a villain and supposed to be a hero on the same. On the same plays? Like, come on, man. Hell no. We ain't gonna get long Plays downfield. If the left. The right tackle who's supposed to be the left tackle is holding guys and grabbing guys by the face mask. So, no, of course we didn't do much against the Broncos when it came to that, but, you know, he had a 50 yard pass damn near negated in one play. [01:00:08] Speaker B: And that's happening more than one game. If ifs was fist, we'd all be drunk. [01:00:13] Speaker A: Yeah, man. Well. [01:00:15] Speaker B: And if your boy holding like that, I hate to see what he gonna do with Dante Fowler this week because Fallon Fowler might around get three sacks on that, man. [01:00:25] Speaker A: Listen. [01:00:26] Speaker B: I'm listening. Can't hear you. If you talking. [01:00:29] Speaker A: I don't know why this phone closes while I'm talking, but I was saying if. If your man Jaden Daniels performs against our defense this weekend, then maybe we can crown him to be rightfully so in that MVP race. But until. Until the clock strikes zero, whether it's in the regulation or end of overtime, I don't see the Commanders coming out on top in this game. Man, I love what y'all been doing up until now. I don't think this game is going to stop y'all from that, but I do think y'all gonna run into a bus this weekend. [01:01:12] Speaker B: That's cool. I understand. And I cheated my mind. My mind got six and a half sacks. I said six. [01:01:17] Speaker A: Oh. Oh, yeah. You got to give him his props. You got to give him his props. [01:01:22] Speaker B: You know, he was just an African. [01:01:24] Speaker A: That'S up there leading the league, ain't it? [01:01:27] Speaker B: Yeah. And you know, when he. When we sign him, he. I mean, I think we signed him for two. I think we signed him for. For us Funions and two bomb pop juniors and candy cigarettes. [01:01:41] Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, six saxes should be right up there at the top of the league. I don't know who got. I know Aiden Hutchinson, before getting hurt, was at the top. He probably had like nine or something crazy. But yeah, six. Six and a half sacks definitely is top of the league. For sure. [01:01:59] Speaker B: We gonna close this out, but you sleeping. What y'all gonna do? My man Wagner and Louvu. But oh, my goodness. [01:02:05] Speaker A: Oh, no. I know about Lulu. He was on my fantasy team last week. I know a little bit about Lulu. [01:02:12] Speaker B: But Bobby, Bobby, all that joke just cooling. This is a cool little 76 set tackle and two sacks. [01:02:21] Speaker A: Wagner's still. Still quality linebacker. You know, he ain't the superstar middle linebacker that he was back in Seattle, but he's. He's very. He's very solid and he's London Fletcher, I think he does a lot for that. For that defense, especially, because, you know, he's very smart and he can add value to the other guys. You know what I'm saying? He's coaching guys up. He's. He's showing guys where to be on plays and stuff like that. So I think that having him is a big. A big deal for y'all, and I'm just hoping that number six on our end can add some more value to our defense this weekend. [01:03:06] Speaker B: I hear that. So you said Pittsburgh by what? [01:03:09] Speaker A: I'm gonna say by three as well. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go Vegas style, and I'm gonna say three and a half. [01:03:15] Speaker B: Okay, Three and a hook. Three and a hook. [01:03:17] Speaker A: Yeah. Three in the hook. [01:03:19] Speaker B: Yeah, that's what my wife said that thing do at the end, get a little hook. It ain't much of one, but I'm claiming it. God damn. All right, let's see. Well, we talked all for long about that, but we kind of knew we would, so let's. Let's see. That's. Is that all we want? Because we've been talking NFL for a long time. Let's. Let's talk about some college football this weekend. [01:03:51] Speaker A: Okay? [01:03:51] Speaker B: Actually, hold on real quick. Just quickly, because we have been talking about NFL for long. To you. Doesn't have to be correct. Whatever. To you right now, who's the best team in the NFL? [01:04:03] Speaker A: Best team in the NFL right now is the Detroit Lions, I think, because they've been just whooping ass. I mean, they've been scoring a lot of points. They running downhill. They got lightning and thunder when it comes to Jamar Jameer Gibbs and David Montgomery. And then, you know, I'm in St. Ra and we haven't even seen a lot of Sam Laporta, and they still scoring 40 and 45 a game. So I love what they doing. Their defense looks better than it did last year. They're blowing out teams that they need to blow out. They're winning handedly. And I say far and away, right now, I think it is the Detroit Lions. [01:04:45] Speaker B: Yep. I say the same thing. To me, the best team is the Detroit Lions. I think. I actually think if they play the Chiefs right now, they. They might. They might get some serious problems. But. But, yeah, I. I like the. I like what the Lions are doing, and they're building that program. They definitely took on the mantra of their head coach. And, yeah, I definitely say the same thing. It's funny. But, yeah, I definitely said the lines are the best Thing. All right. College football this weekend. Trying. Trying to think about some of the big games this weekend in college football. We got. Hold on one second. [01:05:19] Speaker A: Why are you looking that up? Can I. Can I point something out? Now, I don't know how true this is, but I heard that Keon Coleman was on record telling high school players not to go to Florida State. And that breaks my heart, man, because, you know, I know we won an eight. I know we won an eight. [01:05:37] Speaker B: But this was before this year. This wasn't. [01:05:40] Speaker A: Okay, so this is why he was there. [01:05:41] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:05:43] Speaker A: Oh, wow. Was he saying that as a. [01:05:45] Speaker B: As. [01:05:45] Speaker A: As a. Like, you know, what do they call it? You know, like. [01:05:50] Speaker B: Oh, deterrent. [01:05:52] Speaker A: Yeah, like, don't. No, don't come here, but come here type thing. [01:05:56] Speaker B: No, no, no, no, no, no. Ron Dugans is a trash ass wide receiver coach. [01:06:01] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [01:06:02] Speaker B: Yeah. That's basically what it comes down to. Ron Dugas is a trash ass wide receiver coach. There's a reason he left Miami. He's trash him. I. Actually, Shannon has been doing a pretty decent job with the linebacker since he's been under Randy Shiner, but he was known to be a little bit of trash, too. But he could recruit a little bit. But, yeah, Dugan's is Dugan's. [01:06:26] Speaker A: Sure. [01:06:26] Speaker B: They might as well have me out there recruiting and coaching wide receivers. No, I think I can get more receivers than him. All right. But, yeah, that's what. That's basically what came down. So he was saying, like. He was saying, like, with me, they ain't really had to do much. You know what I'm saying? I was already this dude. You know what I mean? Like, he was just like. If you really look at a lot of it, a lot of us was already, you know, seasoned. He was like, with this, with that, with that coach that they got right now, some. So that's basically what he, you know, I'm saying. Okay, so get back to this college. Don't you got Florida verse? Texas. [01:07:05] Speaker A: Gators. [01:07:07] Speaker B: Gators. I would. I. I'm gonna go. I say Texas only because Lagway is out. I don't know if. I don't know how well Florida can do with their third string quarterback. Last week, he looked a little. He struggled a little bit once Lagway got hurt, and that's. That's when they was busting George in the mouth. When Lagway got hurt and it was. I think they had four first downs after that, that was it. So definitely go Texas. Even though I think Texas, and I'm trying to Go through the college quick because I know this John a little long, but Texas, best quarterback on the bench. [01:07:47] Speaker A: Yeah, I agree. Texas. Texas is going to outman Florida. I think Texas by now, honestly. [01:07:55] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. We got Georgia. Ole Miss. I think Ole Miss makes it. I think Ole Miss makes it a game early. I think Georgia at the end of the day, just keeps leaning on him and at the end of the day, pulls out in front. But I do think Ole Miss he. My Ole Miss a tricky ass team, man, because you know, they always got players. They always got a motherfucker that take that to the house on your ass. [01:08:22] Speaker A: Yeah, Ole Miss is another team that I love. Their offense. [01:08:27] Speaker B: Yeah. Oh, yeah, for sure. [01:08:29] Speaker A: Thank you. And they got a receiver. They got some cool. They got a quarterback. Should they run the game in bed either. But I think Georgia's defense is still elite and I think Georgia will edge it out. [01:08:46] Speaker B: Yeah, it's. It's something about them alcoholic head coaches. Them. Them put some offense together. Now you got Sarkeesian at Texas. And old boy, Old man, them alcoholics, boy, they know how to draw up their maxes and O's, boy. Yeah, they get drunk and listen to that country music. That be different. Indiana at Michigan. Is this Indiana's biggest chest this year? [01:09:14] Speaker A: You said Indiana against who again? [01:09:16] Speaker B: Sorry, Michigan. [01:09:19] Speaker A: Indiana against Michigan. Yeah. I don't know who they play last week. [01:09:26] Speaker B: Indiana. [01:09:27] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:09:30] Speaker B: They spanky somehow. [01:09:32] Speaker A: Yeah, they spanked somebody. So I would go. I would go down the limb just because I didn't really see their. Their schedule. [01:09:39] Speaker B: Oh, they spanky. They spankied Michigan State. Oh, yeah. [01:09:42] Speaker A: Yeah. Well, in that case, I would say yes, I believe Indiana, they didn't play Ohio State this year, right? [01:09:54] Speaker B: No, they don't play them until next week. [01:09:58] Speaker A: So, yeah, I say until next week. This will be their toughest match. And you know, Michigan, they're not the Michigan that they were when they won the national championship, but they still got a solid running game. They still can play some decent defense. But I. I think Indiana will win this game, though. [01:10:23] Speaker B: I got you. Hey, Harbaugh knew what he was doing. He said, ah, we're gonna. Yeah, he knew what the was going on. Smart. Smart man. Smart move. [01:10:33] Speaker A: Y'all ain't gonna catch me out here. [01:10:35] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Unfortunately, I do think Nie Smith, if you listen to this. My bad, homie. But Indiana. Indiana gets Michigan. We got Colorado against. Guns up Texas Tech. [01:10:51] Speaker A: Colorado against Texas Tech. That speedy offense, one of those teams that always knows how to score points. Somehow Colorado has been playing Very well these past couple games, beating UCF and or was it us beating Florida team? Now they lost to Kansas State. That was their only downfall in the past couple weeks. But I do think that Colorado can beat Texas Tech this week. They gotta come out, they gotta come out hot though. They can't come out playing around. [01:11:29] Speaker B: Yeah, Texas Tech is Texas Tech. They for some reason, even though they get different coaches, they do the same things. They can learn how to score, defense, be a little up and down, but them know how to put points on the board. But I'mma definitely go Colorado. I think they're the more complete team on both sides, especially up front where it counts in this game. You got Colorado winner. Can't believe I just said that. [01:11:55] Speaker A: But you know, word, we agree on that. [01:11:58] Speaker B: Yeah. The big game of the week for this area anyway. It's already, it's going to be spiky spanky. Maryland versus Oregon. [01:12:12] Speaker A: Maryland versus Oregon. The number one team in the nation against a Maryland team who I got to give a shout out to because, you know, that's my birthplace. Maryland has played good. They have played well this season, but I just don't think they got enough to even really compete in this game. Now don't get me wrong, any given Saturday or Thursday night or Sunday and Monday nights too, you know, you come out with the heart, you come out with determination to win. You can make some things happen. I don't know that they will have enough to actually call it a game though. [01:12:52] Speaker B: Yeah, the thing, the thing with Maryland is they're not consistent. I hate to say that because I really, I really. With locks, they're just not consistent. So they beat USC and then they come out and get Spanky by Minnesota 48, 23. That's, that's, that's, that's. This ain't, this ain't the Minnesota team from. What was that two or three years ago where they had the two running backs. This ain't that Minnesota thing. So it's, it's, it's, it's gonna get ugly out there in Oregon, Anderson. [01:13:29] Speaker A: Oregon. [01:13:29] Speaker B: Oh, yes. [01:13:30] Speaker A: Yeah, it might be. This might be like a 40 point game, man. [01:13:34] Speaker B: Yeah, it's gonna get ugly out there. Lonin is doing a great job. He's doing a great job out there in Oregon. I, I got organ. I got organ by 28. [01:13:43] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm gonna take him by 32 and a hook. [01:13:47] Speaker B: Yeah. Ah, big game that night. Oh, let's. I'm gonna go to another game first and then we go to biggest game. I think Oklahoma. Mizzou. Who you got? [01:13:59] Speaker A: Mizzou offense has looked ghastly this season. They're a tough defensive opponent, but on offense they look very, very horrid at times. So I'm gonna go Oklahoma with this one. Actually, I ain't gonna make it too much of a story. I'm gonna go Oklahoma. [01:14:20] Speaker B: Yeah. Mizzou started off tough. They started off very competitive. Look like they could almost competing with anybody in the country. Eventually came back to earth. I'm just like you, a sorry, cuz. Sorry, sorry, Big Vic. You. I'm a mod. I just ain't gonna do it. I. Oklahoma winning that game. [01:14:42] Speaker A: Sooners. [01:14:43] Speaker B: Yeah, Boomer, Sooner. The game of the night to me. Bama versus lsu. [01:14:51] Speaker A: Yeah, that's. That's one of those games. A historic game. Used to be known as the Saving Bowl, I believe. But you know, my man ain't the head coach no more. So this team looks a lot different discipline wise and in a lot of other ways. But it's hard to pick against Bama. But I'm gonna go ahead and say LSU tonight they @ home. And I think that home mode be enough for them to get that W. [01:15:25] Speaker B: I'm a talk off the side of my neck or as they say, Bowie State often imitated. Never do they talking off the side of their neck. I want LSU to win. I think Bama going to win though. I just can't see Bama going. Well, that'd be three losses for Bama. [01:15:40] Speaker A: Yeah, but I don't know if, I mean, don't get me wrong, I know the coach isn't out there playing, but I don't think, you know that this team has really learned from their Ls. I mean, I think that they did do well and not making a mockery of themselves, but this is a really good LSU team. [01:16:03] Speaker B: They shouldn't have been the last time they was out there though. [01:16:05] Speaker A: They did. They did. So that's why I think it could. It could end up a Bama win and I wouldn't be surprised. But. But I'm gonna just go ahead and take. [01:16:17] Speaker B: All right, let's see who. Who. It doesn't matter to the world to you. Who's your Heisman front runner? [01:16:29] Speaker A: I've been battling with this a little bit. I want to say, I want to say Travis Hunter, but I believe Ashton Jente is the clear cut winner right now. Just because we going off of like stats, you know, they don't put the Heisman off of just impact. You know, when, when Charles Woodson won it I just happened to be watching that the other night, the Heisman race, when it was Peyton Manning and Charles Woodson and Randy Moss and thumb ass Ryan Leaf. And what's funny, what's kind of funny about that race that I'm going to speak quickly on was, you know, even though bum ass Ryan Leaf is a bum, he was a bum. [01:17:18] Speaker B: Don't do that. I was about to say don't do that. [01:17:22] Speaker A: Yeah, he was balling that year. He was bowling that year. He was, he should have been in that race. But no, I think Ashton Jenny right now has got it. [01:17:33] Speaker B: Yeah, I say the same thing. I said runner up after that will be Cam Ward then probably Shadow. [01:17:40] Speaker A: Yeah, Cam War. Man, listen, that offense looks crazy, dog. Last week, what they were, it was Duke, they were, they were down by two touchdowns. I think in like two or three minutes they had scored 20 something points. Yeah, they're, they're unreal. I was kind of upset, honestly, to be honest, because I had against them. So, you know, my money was on the line. [01:18:10] Speaker B: It was 21 and a half and they won by 22. [01:18:13] Speaker A: Yeah, bro, I had about 21 and a half. [01:18:16] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, they, they put that thing with no Vaseline. [01:18:24] Speaker A: Yeah, for sure. But yeah, I like Cam Ward in there. I definitely like. And, and, and I don't think the Heisman as biased as the NFL MVP when it comes to quarterbacks. But you know, if it was, I would, I would say Cam Ward probably wins this thing all right off of. [01:18:43] Speaker B: Football for a little second. Tank Davis, this, this might be broke. And supposedly he gotta move his fight against Lamar Roach because they can't sell enough tips. [01:18:58] Speaker A: Damn. Well, I don't know about his finances. It would be a shame if he is broke after making all that money on all of them fights because he has been the number one ticket when it comes to the fight game right now. But you know, I kind of feel like who is this guy who's fighting? That's probably why they can't sell no tickets. Nobody really wants to see that fight. And that's no disrespect to him. I think he's, I think he's a good fighter. But that's not the fight that the people want to see the fight. The fight that the people want to see is either him against. What's my man's name, you know, I'm talking about from New Jersey, Stevenson. Yeah, I think it's either Shakur Stevenson. And really I think that's the fight because what else are we waiting for? You know What I'm saying, who else are we, are we, are we waiting to see like, why skip around and fight someone else if it's not. If it's not. I drew a blank for a second. What's the, what's the guy he was supposed to fight but he didn't want to? [01:20:21] Speaker B: Fema you good. You talking about, you talking about tfimo? [01:20:25] Speaker A: No, not tfimo, the other guy who lost. [01:20:30] Speaker B: I think Shakur. [01:20:31] Speaker A: Stevenson beat him, didn't he? Or no, they wanted to fight each other, but either, any, either. Anyway, I'll remember it probably after I'm done with this. This takes. I don't think this is the fight that the fans want to see. I think it should be support Stevenson. And I think, I think Tank is just in a bad way right now. [01:20:54] Speaker B: Well, I think, I think what it was is he was trying to. Because he hasn't fought in a little while. He was just trying to get a little, a little something under his belt and then he was going to fight either Shakur or. The original plan, I believe I could be wrong though, was to fight either Shakur or Haney after this tune up fight. But you said. [01:21:16] Speaker A: Or Haney. [01:21:18] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, but then he wasn't the. [01:21:21] Speaker A: Guy I was talking about. But yeah, that's another guy. [01:21:23] Speaker B: No, I know you talking about, you talking about the Hispanic dude. I just can't think of his name right now. [01:21:28] Speaker A: No, he not Hispanic. He's. Or is he Hispanic? [01:21:32] Speaker B: You said he took time off. [01:21:35] Speaker A: Yeah, he was supposed to fight him in November and then he post. They postponed it. Well, canceled it because he said he wanted to take a break from boxing for a second. I can't remember his name right now, but I'll think about it in a second. Go ahead. [01:21:55] Speaker B: So I just don't, I listen with Tank, I don't know, you know, being from Baltimore and just kind of people around him, it's kind of, it's kind of scary. It just reminds you of the Mike Tyson story all, all over again. You might have been talking about K Bosis. [01:22:14] Speaker A: The had like a hundred fights off. That's not pro fight. I, I'll tell you in a second. [01:22:23] Speaker B: Unless you talking about Lopez, but yeah, nah, it, I don't know, man. We Tank, I don't know. So, so anyway, the reason I said broke, I shouldn't have said broke, but they were talking about he was going into foreclosure on his penthouse in Baltimore. He, that's he owed like $3.5 million on that jump. And then not being able to sell that fight, which I thought they was going to have that fight in D.C. or somewhere out this way because Lamont Roach is from. He say from dc, he really from pg. And you know, I hate that when be lying like you ain't from dc, bro, you from PG count. So. So I thought that was gonna have to fight out here because you know, with him being from Baltimore, him being from dc, they could have easily sold whatever arena they wanted to out here. But it was, the fight was gonna be in Houston. I've heard it's off on some joints that still say it's going on. I'm not sure but. Hey Mo, if you had to guess without looking it up, how much would you say Tank Davis's net worth is? [01:23:35] Speaker A: If I had to guess what his network is. I say about, I say about 25 million. [01:23:42] Speaker B: Now this just pro. This is just per Google. They said this Nigga's only worth 10 million. [01:23:50] Speaker A: Damn, that's terrible. Honestly, because he didn't, he didn't had at least like 200 million dollar revenue fights. [01:23:56] Speaker B: That's what I'm saying. So like. And I mean obviously we know that's not the end all be all so. Because there's people on there, I know worth a lot more money than what the net worth joints say. But for it to only say 10 million, that's crazy. And you the face of box boxing right now. [01:24:13] Speaker A: Right, right. [01:24:14] Speaker B: You the face like I don't understand. But when it comes to like fighting though, you gotta fight like Ryan Garcia. You gotta fight those, you gotta fight Loma Cenko, they gonna put asses in them. [01:24:30] Speaker A: Who are talking about Lumachenko? [01:24:32] Speaker B: Oh yeah, he stopped because he, he went to go fight, he went to go fight the war with Ukraine. [01:24:39] Speaker A: Okay. [01:24:40] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He was, he was over that Joe bus on the AR15. [01:24:46] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:24:48] Speaker B: So. Yeah, but. And that still might be up in the joint now they still talking about maybe fighting. I think he should. I mean fighting against Lomachenko ain't a bad idea. Or, or fight desean every only thing with Stevenson is everybody say he runs, he a defensive fighter. People don't like defensive fighters. I love defensive fighters because boxing is the skill in the game is not to get hit. Like that's stupid. The other joke is have him fight Boots in us. [01:25:19] Speaker A: Yeah, I don't, I don't quite think Boots is ready for that fight yet. But I'm not saying it because of attack, because of talent, but I think, I think you could put them in there though. I, I don't see that's again, that's one of the fights that I think would be more exciting than the one he got on the table right now. [01:25:38] Speaker B: But, but don't sleep. Roach, Roach, Roach, Roach had. Roach was undefeated for a long time. I think he only got one or two losses. Roach was supposed to be that dude for a minute. The only thing, only thing with Roach is he ain't got no power. Like. [01:25:57] Speaker A: Yeah, and that's what I'm saying, like I said, nothing to take. I'm not trying to take anything away from. I do think he is a good fighter, but it just, it's, it's not. He don't hold the same weight as some of the other guys we name Stevenson. The Ennis is the Haneys. These are guys that have been around for a while whose names we've heard and they've been calling Tank out. So like, you know, why duck them? Go ahead and fight them guys if you the best and go ahead and get them out of here and then fight your roaches and whoever else you want to fight. [01:26:30] Speaker B: Well, the problem is going to be is Tank eventually just gonna have to go up and wait and I don't know if he ready for all that. And obviously the fight everybody would love to see is him versus Crawford. But Crawford then, Crawford then got too comfortable being too big at this point. Crawford can walk around and whatever the hell he wants because he, he really fighting two weights over what he really is. Hell, why would you. Hell no. You gotta cut all that weight, man. You go out there thinking you swinging that joke and he be like, man, what is this be and hit somebody. Feel like a pillow. All right, staying on Boston for a quick second. I know we about a week ahead, but just to get ahead of the game, Tyson versus Paul. [01:27:19] Speaker A: Oh yeah. Tyson versus Paul, which features a big fight. Yeah. A big fight that I'm looking forward to as well is the rematch between Kate and Serrano. That was a big fight last time. [01:27:34] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:27:35] Speaker A: And don't get me wrong, I think that this is a big fight as well. Even though not talking about your perennial fighting champion. But Jake Paul versus Mike Tyson is still a spectacle. And you know as much as, as much as I know that Jake Paul has been knocking guys out and this has nothing to do with what I really think will happen. I would love to see Mike Tyson go in there and knock Jake Paul out, but I, I don't know that, I don't know that that's gonna happen. We Talking about a 56 year old guy 50 year old guy fighting a young guy. So no, I don't, I don't, I can't say that, that, that Mike Tyson is gonna win this fight. I would love to see that happen. But only way I think that does happen is if, if Tyson doesn't get caught by that right hook. Oh, I appreciate it. Appreciate it. Thank you. [01:28:43] Speaker B: Yeah, I think, I think if Mike don't knock him out in the first two minutes, it's not going to look good for Mike. I think, I think he's going to be strong the first two minutes. He's gonna have that adrenaline going. And I think everything after that, because I think it's eight rounds, I think everything after that is not going to be in the favor of Mike. I just hope they really come out and fight. I hope it's not like the, the Roy Jones jump. You could tell that was like. [01:29:09] Speaker A: Yeah, that was a real exhibition. [01:29:11] Speaker B: Yeah, that, you know, that was like what Martin Raw Dog Payne was supposed to do with that fat dude. Just, just hit him a little bit and keep running around the ring. But then he, then he knocked him out. He said what he say, supposed to be for charity, but, but yeah, man. So I don't know. I just hope it's a real fight. I be interested. The thing, the funny thing is though, and you, and you, you said it. It's not a real fight. That junk gonna do bigger numbers than any fight. It jungle do bigger numbers than any fight tank gonna have. Yeah, it is celebrity boxing almost all the time outnumbers and outdoors. Except for I think the Garcia Haney fight. The, the celebrity fights normally always outdraw the, the regular boxing fights, which is sad, man. It's. The boxing world has become different and there's some good boxes out there, but they got, they gotta stop, they gotta stop fighting each other. I don't know how much, I don't know how much longer you trying to go. I did want to hit this last topic. We could step into something else afterwards. And I see you had the viewership on here. We can talk about that next time. But the one thing I did want to get to. [01:30:28] Speaker A: Yeah, that's good. [01:30:29] Speaker B: Is, is the little bronze sexual is going to the G League. [01:30:34] Speaker A: Oh man. [01:30:36] Speaker B: How you feel? [01:30:39] Speaker A: You know, I, I feel like he showed the reason why that they put him in the G League. You know, I had some faith that he would show otherwise and somehow ball out a little bit. But I mean the kid's just not ready to make any real moves in the league right now. So I think It's a great move to put him in the G League. I think it's a great move for him to be able to learn. And then if he can show that he actually can ball in the G League, then there's a possibility that this young man can come back to the NBA and be a good piece to this Lakers team. But right now he's just. He's just not enough. [01:31:34] Speaker B: Man. Come on, Mo. Yeah, I knew this. Can't play, man. [01:31:38] Speaker A: Is that everything? Yes. [01:31:40] Speaker B: He is cold garbage, actually. He's hot garbage. The dude can't play. He averaged four points a game in college. Four points. He ain't supposed to be in the G League. The supposed to be playing in the Montgomery County Rec League. He's not good. I don't know what league y'all got out there in Pittsburgh. He's supposed to be in a 4 0. He supposed to be in a 412 jam fest against all the hottest old that used to play basketball out there competing against them and the fake ass and one. And that's nothing against the old ballers out in Pittsburgh. I'm just saying. Come on, man. Y'all know Bronnie. He gonna get. Dog, he gonna get super dogged out in the G League with everybody that ain't gonna take it easy because his dad ain't on that bench. Come on, man. Tell that lady. Pause. But. But yeah, man. Bronny. Bronny. Bronny ain't even. Matter of fact, he ain't even. He wouldn't even have been the best player if he stayed at usc. He wouldn't even have been the best player on the girls basketball team. [01:32:57] Speaker A: Damn. Well, I mean that, that is true though. Juju. [01:33:02] Speaker B: He's not better than Juju. Come on, man. He looked like a wet puppy out there. Jonah in the NBA, man. Come on, man. He's a goddamn joke. It's a joke. And everybody's sitting there doing this. [01:33:16] Speaker A: It's Bron's son. [01:33:17] Speaker B: Hey, get the out of here, man. That's a disgrace to basketball, man. The dude is trash. And then, then I got competing. You think them grown ass men down in that G League about to take it easy on his ass? And this got a. What? What do you get, a four million dollar guarantee, man? Out of here, bro. Out of here. And he probably sponsored and endorsed by all kinds. He's some trash. He should have been down there. It's cool what they doing. That's cute and all that. And I guess we just gonna have to wait for his other son to come in now too. So, like, I don't know, they all gonna play for the Lakers and then everybody gonna want to see all three of them come in with two minutes left on the fucking game. [01:34:02] Speaker A: What? They. [01:34:03] Speaker B: They threw Bronnie in that bitch with seven seconds one time. [01:34:07] Speaker A: That was. I mean, there was no reason for that, bro. [01:34:10] Speaker B: I'd have told that coach to lick my left testicle and keep it moving. Are you insane? [01:34:18] Speaker A: No reason for that. You might as well not even put. [01:34:24] Speaker B: Him in at all. Hey, hey, hey, real quick. And like, I know I said we, we also, we're probably on some time crunch. I know you gotta get ready to do some things. Hey, hey, hey. Your boy, your boy. When that bra. No. [01:34:38] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah. I mean, John Moran is. He is who he is for a reason, man. The dude is, is a baller. And, and I like, I like what he said. I mean, he didn't say anything weird. He came out and said, I don't like them. I don't like the Lakers because they, they sent me home last year when I was in street clothes and they popped it on this floor and I ain't in street clothes now, so pop that shit now. And they didn't do it. None of them played hard except for LeBron. So that's, that's terrible, man. Like, you got 40 year old star trying to lead the team and rally the troops against a young superstar like John Moran. And you know, y'all couldn't even get up and play the damn game. You know I'm saying, like, it's just, it's terrible. And even with their things going their way early in the season, because it's still early, you know, I thought that this team was looking better, but they still have the tendency to tuck their tail and play like some man, they. [01:35:51] Speaker B: Russell see sick of his ass. He's sick of that. Put up that three in that corner like it was money. That mother. Oh, man, that team is funny to watch. Yeah, LeBron out there trying to hold it down, man. Hey, hey. Whole team. You know, I'm not a huge LeBron fan. I respect this game and all that, you know, I ain't stupid. I know what he is. But he need to go ahead and call it one, homes. I mean, you. He can obviously still score and do all that, but like, come on, bro. You la. Ain't the move. It's so just like go to, go to. Go to Golden State, bro. Like, just go somewhere where, you know, you just do what you did with the Miami Heat. Just go Do a team that's loaded and just. Just. I don't know, you playing 40 minutes a night and all that other. Man, that's too much. Yeah. [01:36:50] Speaker A: Because, I mean, honestly, like, he even said this is for him. [01:36:54] Speaker B: It does. [01:36:54] Speaker A: The minutes and all of that stuff aren't really meaningful unless he's playing for the contending team. And this team, you know, they don't play like they're contenders and they're trying to win a championship. They play like, you know, they forgot that they're in the NBA every night and they need to win some games, man, and they need to stop playing around because, like, those are games that you circle on your calendar. I don't know if guys are still doing that, but that's a game that you circle on your calendar whether you won last time or not. You can't go to Memphis and play like you forgot that, you know, 12 was on that. On that team. And that when he's on that team and not in street clothes, that they ain't a dangerous team. They're. They're still a playoff team. And y'all might have whooped him without him, but it's. It's hard for y'all to whoop him with him. Shoot. I mean, we've seen. We've seen what he done to the rest of that squad. I mean, and we've seen him go at Braun, too, so. Yeah, man, it's really a disgrace. Even with Anthony Davis Lee in the. The race for MVP right now. It's too early for that. And. And I can't respect it until, like you said, MVP ain't gonna be on a losing squad. [01:38:13] Speaker B: So street clothes gonna be street clothes. [01:38:15] Speaker A: AD could kiss that. That MVP ratio out the window. I mean, kissing goodbye. If you think he gonna get that on a team playing like they playing. [01:38:28] Speaker B: No. No. So, hey, I don't know. Then Jogger hurt again, so. Oh, he thank you, baby. Oh, no, Mo. But that's all I had for there. But a lot of the other stuff. I think we can get caught up on the next episode. So go take care of my dukes for a second. For sure, man. [01:38:53] Speaker A: We handled that. Good luck to your boys this weekend. I hope y'all lose. You know what I'm saying? [01:39:02] Speaker B: Same to you, brother. I hear you. All right, brother. I. I'll probably talk to you on Sunday. [01:39:20] Speaker A: For sure. For sure. [01:39:22] Speaker B: All right. Hell, please.
